On the 21st November 2015 Waite & Co. Horsforth, Guiseley and Otley became HARDISTY AND CO.
After much investment, research and development the company has rebranded the business to HARDISTY AND CO.
In terms of service levels, all that’s changed is the company name.
The directors and family, Andrew, Ian and Peter Hardisty of Hardisty Brothers Ltd, along with Principals Tracey and Gemma Hardisty, continue their dedicated and successful running of the business and all other aspects of the marketing, promotion and management of the sale and letting of properties.
The new brand which can be seen at www.hardistyandco.com has been carefully designed to provide a contemporary and modern style yet staying in touch with the the company’s family roots, with bold eye-catching “For Sale” and “To Let” boards, designer-quality brochures, newly branded offices and shop fronts.
To mark the change a launch party is being held at the local branch on Saturday 28th November 2015, 12 noon till 5pm for a celebratory glass of fizz and informal chats.
What the changes mean
Clients will now be able to register onto the mailing list, request a valuation, apply for a rental property and tenants will be able to report maintenance issues, all at the touch of a button online.
The mobile responsive website also has an abundance of useful information including selling and buying tips, landlord and tenant information, conveyancing, mortgage and protection services, land and new homes and testimonials.
